Helped within a minute. Great customer service. The jewelry is so good! Place is a gem. π π«
The owner of the store charged me almost double for Edge gel, twice. When she rang the gel up she typed a price into the cash register. I went back a third time and a different cashier scanned the gel and it ran up for almost half the price of what I was previously charged, and the name of the product was on the receipt. I'll never return to this store for anything EVER. I've purchased more gel on line and purchased my open ended bobby pins from Amazon, I got triple the amount for a fraction of the price.
As soon as you walk in they stare at you like youβre going to steal something very unprofessional felt uncomfortable the stuff there is to expensive for cheap wigs went there with my daughter to buy nail charms was not help very rude never going back letting people know before they go buy there
ππππππππππππππππππππππππππ I have been wearing hair for years. All sorts of styles, textures and lengths. Since I moved here to Lancaster, this place was the first beauty supply that I've shopped in. Sadly, the quality is so bad and cheap, that the wigs look like something that you would purchase from the Halloween store. The strands, and the sheen look terribly artificial. They don't have a good inventory for even your basic colors. There is no "Motown Tress, Beverly, Flo Jo, Its A Wig or any of the well known and better brands that are still within reasonable price points. This store does not understand the basic needs of what a client is in search of, in order to feel pretty and confident when it comes to wearing wigs and pieces. Honestly, it makes me want to open up a beauty supply store, just to show them how it's done. A good store would leave the customer baffled with so many great choices, NOT wandering around the store in circles repeatedly disappointed and possibly left to purchase something either out of desperation, or nothing at all.
